Salvation Army – Maryborough

Salvation Army provides welfare support and a youth group and is a welcoming, safe space for all.

Opening Hours for welfare concerns (emergency assistance, food, clothing, household items etc):

Welfare support is available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9am – 12 noon. Call to make an on the day appointment or drop in during opening hours.

Youth Group: Held at 27 Wills St every Friday evening 6pm – 9pm, Youth Church Service 6pm -7pm, Youth activities 7pm – 9pm.

A bus is available to pick young people up and also to take them home. The bus to and from Youth Group travels to various areas upon request, including: Maryborough, Alma, Clunes, Dunolly, Avoca, Bealiba, Carisbrook, Talbot, Natte Yallock, Redbank, Baringhup and Eddington. Call 5461 2789 to enquire about bus times and if the bus travels to your area.

The Salvation Army Thrift Shop sells clothing, household furniture, electrical appliances, bric-a-brac, toys, books and more!
