Services: Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling, support for withdrawal (including support and information for referral to rehabilitation clinics and youth withdrawal units), drink and drug-drive courses and assessment.
A needle-syringe program (NSP) is also available. Sterile needles, syringes and condoms can be collected from Hospital Reception. Wheel filters are also available at a cost of $2. A drop off point for used needles and syringes is outside the MDHS Community Services building (75 – 87 Clarendon St, Maryborough)
