Parentline is operated by counselors who will:
- Listen carefully to your concerns or problems
- Work with you to provide support and guidance
- Help you to sort out important issues for you
- Help you develop strategies for managing those issues
- Your counsellor may also offer to send you relevant Parentline tip sheets from a range of over 100 topics, or provides you options for gaining further parenting training.
