The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) runs the National Breastfeeding Helpline which is a free service available 7 days a week, staffed by trained, volunteer counsellors who answer calls in their own homes.
ABA counsellors know that breastfeeding is not always easy. They can provide support and reassurance and give you knowledge about how breastfeeding works how you can deal with common problems.
